Potential tooth or gum infection, x ray was refused. Scale and polish reluctantly given and very basic.

Explained what I was needed to do to help keep my teeth and gums clean. Was patient as have some difficulty hearing. Pleased with my appointment

The practice is clean and appears to be well managed. The patient toilet could be better supplied with soap and although not dirty it isn't spotlessly clean either ! My appointment was on time and the treatment was good. The dentist was friendly and kind. The down side is the difficulty in obtaining an appointment, a 6 month check up turned out to be a 9 month wait.

I had a check up a week ago and went back for a clean today . The reception team are very welcoming and friendly and we're super helpful when I rebooked for my six month check up. The dentist and her nurse were really lovely. Overall a very pleasant experience.

From the receptionists to the nurse and dentist, felt reassured and everything explained well. Especially as I am a nervous patient.

Regular check-up. Staff on the front desk were friendly and efficient. The dentist explained everything and made me feel like she cared.
