   After a long process of getting a referral from my dentist l managed to get a private appointment for my 14 year old son, NHS waiting list over 1 year.... First appointment was cancelled by clinic..Second appointment was cancelled 2 weeks before without explanation despite me having booked my son out of school... booked me for another appointment while lm on holiday.. tried to telephone, no answer several times, left a message, no call back... The whole experience has been terrible.....Awful, waste of time.
