Had emergency appointment today, for 16 year old after calling a few times. Was asked to rebook appointment for treatment for my child. Was giving me appointment in May queried this and practice manager was not caring at all showed no empathy. Said will book sooner but will be in Ramadan no religion consideration at all. Booked with hygienist to have fillings which he said was what they are doing now as the dentist list are too long. Kept saying to me I was raising my voice which I wasn’t and said if I didn’t like the service could go else where. Absolutely awful the way it was dealt with in the reception area no privacy and no care for patients at all. Why do they take on too many patients if they can’t care for them.

We appreciate your feedback and understand your concerns. Our goal is always to provide the best possible care for our patients. We regret any inconvenience caused by the scheduling challenges, especially during Ramadan, and we thank you for your patience and understanding. As an NHS practice, our appointment availability is subject to the capacity of the service, and unfortunately, we’re currently booked out for several weeks. We’re committed to accommodating your needs as soon as possible and are happy to offer you an appointment in a few weeks. Alternatively, if you prefer, you can explore private options elsewhere for faster appointments. Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention, and we look forward to continuing to provide care for your child’s dental health.
