I have severe fibromyalgia which causes confusion and memory loss so I turned up to my dentist appointment one hour early thinking I was late to the appointment and the lovely receptionist made me feel so welcome and was able to ask the dentist to see me earlier as I live very far, they treated me with so much kindness and I was seen very quickly. Lovely team and excellent customer service.

From start to finish all staff friendly & professional go the extra mile to ensure you are satisfied even overheard a small child say he likes coming to the dentist!

The dentist is always fantastic with my family, especially the children. He has a good sense of humour and makes us all feel welcome (which is amazing as our previous dentist couldn’t even get my daughter to open her mouth). Explains any issues with our teeth well and the little booklets and stickers for the kids was a lovely touch. Would highly recommend this dental practice!

My dentist is really lovely, very comforting and very considerate. He’s always been really helpful and made sure I get the best solutions for my problems and I’ve always had great reception service. I’ve been able to get timely appointments and procedures organised quickly and easily.

The dentist and dental nurse (sorry I forgot their names) are the kindest and most welcoming people. The dentist puts my son at ease and explains in an easy to understand manner. We always hope we will get him each visit.

Consistently professional and curteous, from the registration assistant to the final treatment with the dentist and his assistant, not only on this occasion, but previously also. Dentist has a reassuring manner to keep you at ease. Really pleased with the advice given on treatment which was an aesthetic improvement I hadn't expected. Best dentist I've benn to - and I've had a few being a senior! Thank you
