Review titled Great experience and practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Courtney - Posted on 04 October 2024
I am extremely nervous/scared of the dentist but today my experience could not have gone any better after having 3 extractions from a great team (can’t write names but the three members of staff know who they were.) I felt really comfortable with no pain and I was being talked through the process (which really helped me.) I’m extremely happy with the service and not so nervous to come back now for my next appointment. Will definitely recommend! Kind regards Courtney

Review titled Always late, but happy to use you as a scapegoat
Rated 2 stars out of 5

Wouldn’t usually post a bad review for this dental practice as I appreciate being on their books, especially. Especially as my husband has been trying for over 3 years to get on their books, however today was different. I’ve never been late to an appointment, never quibble about waiting the 15+ minutes that every appointment is late by. Today I was 8 minutes late due to a medical issue related to my current pregnancy and was extremely apologetic for this. It’s important to know that today’s appointment was a double appointment so my son could see the dentist too, meaning it should have been a longer one. The receptionist was empathetic and asked the dentist if my son could still have his part of the appointment, but apparently appointments are only 20 minutes long (8 minutes into this double appointment remember) but there wouldn’t be enough time to look into my toddler’s mouth and offer him a sticker. I completely understand how appointments overrunning has a knock-on effect for the rest of the day, however there was more than half of our double appointment time left and it’s never taken more than 5 minutes start to finish with my son’s previous appointments, so there was clearly time for him to be seen. The biggest kicker is that another patient caught me in the car park having overheard the issue, and stated that the person he was with had to wait over 20minutes for their appointment and how I must be the scapegoat for the surgery to play catch up on.
