    Just to say thanks for the professional service and the nice job done and the excellent work on my teeth and within a tight time frame and in time for my holiday . I can now go away with a confident smile which certainly wasn’t possible without the work done and I would certainly recommend this dental practice and in fact the work was so good I convinced my pensioner mother ( who is terrified of dentists after a previous bad dental experience ! ) to attend this practice and have the dental work required, which they did to the delight of my mother who was put at ease as soon as she entered the room and we both wish to extend our gratitude to the dental surgeon and his team ! Many thanks again to all concerned from two very happy patients :-)

    I attended with my sister who had an app at 9.50am and she wasn't seen til 10.20am and wasn't aware of any delays. Usually we get told if we're going to be waiting. When I went up to kindly speak to the receptionist, I was ignored. She was on her phone, on WhatsApp texting someone. She then after 5 minutes of me standing there, dialled someone on the work landlines and spoke to them on the phone. She then spoke to someone who came out from an appointment when I was standing there for a while beforehand. How rude? Yes she explained she thought I was settling the baby, but I wouldn't be standing there still otherwise. It was only to check information I had on the system. I then find our I missed an appointment, and asked to rebook. As I said I'm not free that day, she rudely said 'well what do you want me to do then?' So I had to get her to check what other days she has available. She has made me feel uncomfortable being here today. I would have checked my details sooner, but there was loads of people coming in for appointments so they take priority over me. My sister came.out of her appointment, and goes to book a new one. Before she could do that, she was ignoring the lady infront of my sister and was checking all her whatsapp messages before responding to the customer before my sister. To top it of, my sister asked about what appointment was last week and she kept saying that she had it today but turns out was for her kids last week after going back and forth for a little while. This was unprofessional from this receptionist and doesn't give the company a good reputation

    I called today after being advised by 111 due to pain an swelling obvious abscess, only to be told they have no appointments avaliable even though they opened 15mins ago. Got bad swelling an just needed antibiotics I will be informing 111 that they were no help.
