I have to say all the staff at belle vale dental practice are so caring and professional and very friendly. I was in a lot of pain and I rang to make an emergency appointment, The receptionist was absolutely brilliant and fitted me in the same morning to see the dentist, it turned out I needed treatment and the dentist and his nurse reassured me and made me feel much better, and completed the treatment, thank you so much everyone, I can now get on and enjoy Mothering Sunday in a couple of days. I have been with this practice for many years. Last week I found myself needing an emergency appointment as I had a bad toothache. My usual dentist was not in that day but I was given an appointment for the same day. However in spite of the treatment the pain continued over the weekend. I was again given a same day appointment again and had more treatment which completely resolved my problem. Both reception staff and dental staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.
