My mother has Dementia and I made a appointment for her due to her Dementia she failed to attend and I must have not cancelled her appointment. Telephoned on Monday and requested an appointment for her . I found the receptionist very unhelpful. The way I wS spoken to was very unprofessional . They did not want to listen to my reason for my mothers failure to attend (and this would have been me not her ) She had been at this dentist many years and never found them outstanding only basic which she liked. While it is up to the dentist who they allow. Hopefully the Dentist never has to deal with a Dementia family member. Perhaps it might a changed his mind. Not a considerate or understanding business. While I could not be bothered with a NHS dentist with such low standards . I do feel for the way they have treated my mother
