It was so rushed, I was in the chair 4 mins if that. We don’t have any choice though as there are not enough NHS dentists- I think I’m lucky to still be able to see one.

Reception lady was very helpful. Reception area nice and clean. Went in for my check up before my allotted time which was good. Dentist and nurse were great and could not fault a thing.

Good: Very efficient from front desk to treatment room. Front desk very pleasant. Could do better: Dentist needs to be a bit more gentle and aware of patient discomfort.

Furzana the dentist was fantastic. Very efficient and professional. Reception staff need training in confidentiality and information governence. The wairing room was full and reception8st telephoned a patient, disclosed her full name, treatment and medication details for all to hear. Thos is not good.

The service is second to none, from the team on reception to the Doctors at this practice. We are lucky to have them. They are 5 star people.
