Got emergency appointment with another dentist very quickly. Returned to see my own dentist following morning to have tooth extracted.

New dentist for me. Friendly, positive lovely young woman. Performed a deep clean due to onset of gum disease, with no pain - much more gentle and perhaps skilled than people performing same treatment in th past.

This is a great dental practice but unfortunately I have had 3 appointments cancelled and have been unable to get an appointment for a recurring tooth abscess. I appreciate that issues within the nhs is putting huge pressures on dentistry but this is a worrying glimpse of the future. I eventually had a 10 minute appointment to prescribe antibiotics but have a future appointment in 3 months time which I expect to be cancelled at short notice

I was firstly greeted very nicely, then asked to be seated in a comfortable position to suit me! I was spoken to about my treatment I was about to have done, and was helped to feel confident, as I had lost my confidence during the very long spell during lock down, having not been able to go for so very long! The treatment I was given was so good, I came out of the treatment room feeling very positive about returning for my usual check ups etc!! I would recommend those who treated me yesterday highly! And I'm grateful to them also! For helping my come back after so very long, I've always gone every six months untill lock down, no fault of my Dentist what so ever, all to do with confidence I began to lack myself! I would recommend the practice highly!
