This practice has reliably looked after my teeth for many years, first as an NHS patient and in recent years as a private patient. This month a piece of a front tooth fell off. I got an appointment within a very few days. The dentist fixed back the broken piece so that the whole tooth is not at imminent risk. The practice has hygenists as well as dentists. It even gave care during Covid, including I believe emergency NHS care.

I visited for a routine check-up, knowing that I believed an old filling had left a very large cavity. The dentist advised me on 2 options - one more costly than the other and said they would investigate the tooth and nerve first to ascertain the best long-term solution. They felt the cheaper option - metal filling as opposed to white - should resolve the issue and the decay around the tooth was treated and the filling inserted within the hour. I have been cautioned that one can't be 100% sure there is no nerve damage, and appreciate the transparency of the dentist. I was given a clear indication of potential treatment and associated costs if nerve damage is discovered further down the line.

I was taken in at a very short notice on the same day as I had phoned. It was an urgency for me and I was so glad and grateful to have been given the appointment on the same day. My treatment was done well

Treated at the practice via 111 urgent care. Had the most wonderful dentist and hygienist. Lots of anxiety regarding dentists due to previous experiences - this was instantly put to rest by this dentist who was absolutely wonderful, managed to make me laugh despite being in pain. Explained everything so thoroughly and really made me feel at ease. Treatment was given and was very much appreciated. Advice given. Just an overall wonderful experience, the best experience I’ve had with dentists in 6 years. Definitely restored my faith in dentistry and made me realise that one bad experience in the past isn’t what we should take forward with us. 5 star service and was really the most pleasant experience I’ve had at a dentist in a long time. Thank you!!

The practice hygienist and her assistant both were perfect with me. Communicated with me in a sensitive manner and were very supportive in advising me of best practice and took great care to ensure I was comfortable during the reveiw; thank you!

Fantastic experience with 111 & this clinic. I walked in very reluctant as I’ve suffered with severe dental anxiety for many years. The kindness & empathy of both the dentist & nurse made it so much more bearable experience for me. They managed to get me out of pain in a short time frame to which I was very grateful.

Appointment was on time, everyone was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I received a thorough checkup and was given advice on brushing and hygiene.
