I had very pleasant chat with the practice manager regarding my complaint. She was compassionate and listened carefully taking notes. She agreed to two of my requests and denied one. I was very pleased with her conduct and higher culture, she is the right person for this hard job. In the future preferably talk with Practice Manager before posting review. After all very happy with the outcome and looking forward to continue my treatment with the practice. I don’t know how to take down the previous review so for the balance I will give them the best marks.

Since I joined the Berwick Hills Dentist Surgery my gums get worse and there is always problem with one receptionist at the reception. She personally doesn’t like me and is very passive aggressive with me. I am vulnerable patient who is not well often than well and I need someone who will approach me in the sympathetic and gentle manner. I asked for practice manager to be able complaint but she isn’t available on 04.02.2025. I am very disappointed with the health of my gums and teeth and the treatment I am receiving from the dentist surgery a specially at the reception desk.
