My son was referred to Bhandal's for extraction of two teeth in readiness for his braces being fitted. Our own dentist tried but my son was too anxious so referred us to Bhandal's to have them out with gas & air. My son was very nervous about having the gas & air but the assistant put him (and me) at ease and talked us through what would happen. All staff involved were really professional and caring and kind to my nervous son. The main dentist came and took them out which took seconds. We were seen on time with no waiting around. We were not rushed out after the procedure. What a credit all your staff are to The NHS. Thank you.

I visited this dental practice with my disabled daughter. She's a full time wheelchair user, no walking or standing on her own. The only wheelchair access the surgery has is the entrance and the disabled toilet and of course the room that we went through. The experience was awful, my daughter even had a panic attack/ ansiedade period after leaving the surgery. The X-ray room is far to small and not suitable for a wheelchair user, there is no space for the X-ray machine to go around the patient that uses a wheelchair. My daughter had a lot of pressure on her shoulders because the machine got stuck on it. She refuses to go back , the whole experience was very traumatic for her. We are talking about a young adult with Cerebral Palsy that is looking forward to have some independence and freedom but unfortunately a place like this is definitely to avoid in the future. It is also a very busy/ crowded area and the receptionist should be more polite and helpful. Kind regards Ana

I have been in pain for over a week. My second appointment after the pain did not improve was meant to be at 5:20. Went in finally just before 6 (they close at 6) one of the first things the dentist said to me was if I needed treatment I would have to go back another day because it was nearly 6! Not my fault they were running late! Felt like I had to constantly probe to get answers. Didn't advise anything for my pain and I am in even more pain today. I think he was more bothered about finishing on time. I know it's a large dentist but there is no personal touch. Patients are just on a conveyor belt!

I called this practice this morning and got an emergency appointment withing hours. Asif the dental practitioner made me feel very conftable and at ease and talked me through the process. He struggled to get the last back tooth out but sent for the surgeon and he was amazing. Very quick and pain-free. I had on total 4 teeth out and would recommend this dentists to anyone. Very professional and gentle

i have been in pain for weeks and was struggling to get an appointment with a dentist anywhere. i phoned cradley heath and was amazed that they could see me that day. my appointment was for 4.30 that day after phoning at 12.30! the reception team was lovely and welcoming and could see i was in alot of pain and gave me cup of water to help calm me down ( i must of looked deranged with the all the crying i was doing, but i was in so much pain and felt i could finally let it show now i was going to get help) the dentist called me through and had a look at all my teeth, he was very gentle and tried his best not to cause me more pain whilst looking. my tooth had broken into my nerve and thats why i was so much pain. they said they could either do root canal treatment or remove the tooth. they told me about the risks associated with both options and made sure i was aware of all the risks. i chose to have the tooth removed as it was towards the back and wouldnt be seen. the whole treatment was quick and painless. for the first time in what felt like forever, i had a full night sleep that night. i am so happy with the dentist,nurse and reception team. they was so helpful and kind at my weakest moment. i have another appointment booked next week to have a filling and to also see about replacing that tooth with a fake one! thank you to all the team, a real credit to the nhs in a time where nhs appointments are so hard to come by!!

My Son was referred to this surgery, for extractions of 4 teeth so he can have his braces fitted , was contacted by the surgery on Monday and was booked in the following day , the first visit was so friendly and staff were helpful and put my child at ease , The main dentist told my son he would do the treatment for him the following morning , when we arrived the next day he greeted us both and he and the assistant made my son feel so at ease on the gas and air machine , all 4 teeth were out in minutes we were both shocked! so grateful for the treatment we had and can see how hard everyone works at the surgery - thanks again.

Had my teeth taken out had an infection straight after, didn’t have the tools that was meant to have so to do it with the tools they did have which I don’t agree with really not happy with the service I received and in agony

Start with the positive after being in agony bank holiday weekend. Called first thing, got an appointment for 3.20pm. Arrive at my appointment. The man barely looked at my teeth. Told me the infection was the bottom wisdom tooth (it's not, it's the top) and sent me on my way with antibiotics. I was there 3 minutes. And told to book an appointment for an x-ray. This is the 6th time I've suffered the same problem.
