Start with the positive after being in agony bank holiday weekend. Called first thing, got an appointment for 3.20pm. Arrive at my appointment. The man barely looked at my teeth. Told me the infection was the bottom wisdom tooth (it's not, it's the top) and sent me on my way with antibiotics. I was there 3 minutes. And told to book an appointment for an x-ray. This is the 6th time I've suffered the same problem.

So today I had to have my teeth removed.. and I was really nervous.. but the dentist put me at ease ... Kept me talking and he made me feel very comfortable

I attended this practice for the 1 st time , in extremely bad pain . Never attended before . I was seen on time , talked to intensively about the treatment I could receive . I was then seen by the main dentist who was very friendly & extremely efficient . I had 3 teeth removed & it was not nearly as bad as I was expecting . I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for such care .

I was booked in for root removal the only thing I felt was the prick of the needle at the beginning. I was really dreading this procedure but it was a breeze, I was in and out of the practice within 20 minutes Amazing service, thank you.

On the phone for over an hour in a queue for them to not answer and previous days just get a busy dialling tone. I’m in agony with an infection and cannot get the treatment I am entitled to. Avoid at all costs.

I have been having wisdom tooth pain for several months as waiting for them both to be removed from the hospital I have been waiting around 8 months I went to cradley I was seen on Saturday morning and they got me in this morning (Monday) to have both lower wisdom teeth out under sedation I attended both appointments and was greeted by lovely staff Mr Bhandal what a fantastic dentist very patient and taking time to make sure I was comfortable also nurses and the receptionists were very welcoming and kept me at ease I want to thank everyone for making me feel comfortable and the quick and professional service I have received I will definitely be returning to this practice!!!!! Thank you again to all staff

I went to have a tooth extracted under sedation. The dentist and the dental nurse were both brilliant they made feel calm as I was extremely nervous. I did not feel a thing and was not even aware I was having a tooth removed.

Visited for the first time today with a cracked back tooth. Had been referred from my current dentist. Had a pre op and them said they could remove tooth today. Amazing experience as im frightened of the dentist. Was put at ease straight away, staff amazing. Took 5 mins to remove tooth amazing. I am now going to change from my current dentist to here, fantastic!
