After not bring able to get an appointment for 4 years, I was finally invited by text to make one. The dentist rushed me in, told me off because I needed a scale although I've tried my best to maintain good oral hygiene. My gums bled a bit so I got another telling off and two free tubes of corsodyl toothpaste thrust at me along with a lecture about ensuring I got a scale each time I go to the dentist....despite the fact, I couldn't get an appointment for a checkup since covid! They rushed an xray and I was told I needed a small filling. First it was two then just one so it was confusing. I was told to make another appointment and hurried out of the door. The dentist was not heaving with patients at the time. My next appointment was rushed and very unfriendly. I went in for the scale which was ruhed and painful. The dentist seemed annoyed to be doing it. Then I was given the anaesthetic. Again, there was hardly anyone waiting. The dentist started drilling. It hurt so I was given more anaesthetic and told to wait outside. It still hurt and the dentist seemed quite cross and said "give me an excavator", hacked away at my tooth for all of 20 seconds, fiddled around a bit and sent me packing. It was the most rushed, impatient and unfriendly experience. They used to care and take time but mot even sure that i had a filling at all. It was too quick and there's literally no evidence of it. If i could even get registered with another dentst I would. I hope it's better next time

Waited 2 years for dentist while waiting 2 years I checked up every few months frustrated left half work in my teeth done eventually dentist 2024 gave appointment went to appointment 2nd appointment on the day they said I'm struck off register because when I called up during 2 years of waiting the receptionist at 1 time was very rude and told me to go to cradley heath branch which is 15 miles away I was not happy about it she has wrote lies about me and claims dentist wrote it I have not seen dentist for 2 years it was her few months ago I have mental health issues aswell no I'm left with damaged teeth no dentist after 2 years wait

I have used this practice for the last 2 years the last 2 times I have needed fillings and all they did is the first time rush me in and out and just wanted me to sign obviously they was in a rush. Last time I waited 40 minutes after my oppointment time I requested somebody else thinking I would get a better service still over looked the fact I needed a filling. This dentist is about the funding no care for the customer or there needs.

I was referred here recently by my own dentist to have tooth roots removed after an unsuccessful extraction. The practice got me in quickly. I am very nervous but they looked after me very well. All the dentists I saw were professional and friendly. My root removal was done expertly and with a lot less stress and pain than expected. Can't recommend highly enough. Five star!

I have struggled to find a nhs dentist for many years. I contacted Bhandal and the lady on reception was nice enough to register me over the phone as I live over 2 hours away. I was given an appointment the following day and was seen by Dr Mudhar who was very attentive and helpful. I would thoroughly recommend.
