The whole experience from start to finish has been amazing excellent. Very through and the cosmetic work I’ve received is fantastic. I’m thrilled with the outcome.

Always very professional from reception through to seeing dentist and dental nurse , polite chatty , make you feel relaxed .

I was given temporary treatment until my own dentist returns from vacation.The dentist was very understanding and explained possible future treatment. The receptionist was very good also and found the first avalible appointment for my next visit.

I can honestly say each time i visit the dentist and see my regular dentist practitioner and his hand selected team member I immediately start to relax with the full confidence that he will complete any treatment with the upmost delicacy and care...

Went to sort out severe tooth pain. Discovered tooth cracked from top to bottom. Said I want it taken out paying privately. They weren’t competent enough to do this so said they will refer me to someone who can. Went next day to find out where I had been referred to because in so much pain. Receptionist couldn't find any info. Eventually found that I hadn't been referred at all so wouldn't have been contacted. Found another dentist who removed bad tooth same day as calling. Bilborough Dental Practice are absolutely useless! Avoid and go elsewhere.

had a tooth pulled 12 days later still in bad pain sorry cant see you for 2 months fast to take your money then leave you in pain website says open 8:00 to 8:00 then get told over the phone sorry close at 5:30 what about weekends 9:00 to 1:00 no sorry no dentist if i know all the i would of spent my money at another dentist

I went for my normal 6 month check up & as usual found everything at the practice was very professional from the receptionist to the dentist & the dental nurse, have booked my next check up. Find this practice much better that the one I used previously
