The receptionists are friendly and efficient. The text reminders helpful. The Dentist was very friendly, skilled & professional and her Nurse also very kind. The premises are modern, clean and have up to date kit.

First appointment with a new dentist and she was brilliant!! My ten year old son is usually very frightened but this time he came out of the appointment smiling!! The staff are very friendly and comforting too! I have recommended to friends and will continue to do so!!

Mum has been seen by the same dentist on the last two occasions. She was shown respect and patience. The dentist took great care to check Mum's teeth and attended to her concerns. Excellent.

Went for a check up and explained i had also lost a filling. I thought i would have to make a further appointment but it was done there and then. Both the dentist and the dental nurse were extremely friendly.

Everything you would want from a dentist. I arrived on time and there was only a slight wait which was good given the surgery was being revamped. Staff were friendly and helpful. The check up went as expected. The dentist was thorough and advised of a good hygiene routine.

My experience, as usual, is positive - my dentist is great, caring and very professional. She is always helpful to me and the whole family. The guidance she gives for my oral hygiene is clear and precise.

At my last visit here in April 2024, I came out with a bill of £1.5K and the dentist was insistent that none of it could be done on NHS. The dentist delivered it like it was nothing. No understanding that it’s a huge amount of money. No talk of NHS options, other than these would all result in me losing teeth. I have stayed with them because I am an NHS patient there, which is so rare to get these days. However, they always push you towards the private option and make you feel like you will be damaging your teeth if you dared to pick the NHS option.

Practice responded to my request for an urgent appointment at the earliest available date. The experience in the practice was efficient and smooth, without delay. Fortunately my problem wasn't serious, I was given treatment and advice, and left reassured. Thank you to everyone at the practice.
