My dentist lady, knows my past experiences. She is thorough, yet gentle at the same time. Always reassuring on every visit.

Having spent the previous week having treatment in hospital I was slightly worried about attending my appointment but the care I received from everyone at this practice was superb. The receptionists took my concerns seriously and researched my medication to check if it would affect my treatment and messaged me before my appointment to assure me I would be fine. During my treatment I was given lots of reassurance and care. I would have no hesitation in recommending this dental practice to anyone no matter how nervous or worried they are.

Saw a new dentist this time and he was really lovely and made me feel at ease. The dentists I've seen previously at this clinic have also been lovely. The receptionists are also very nice and really helpful.

I have quite a phobia re dentistry from my childhood experiences. The Dentist at Billericay Dental Care was so understanding & reassuring that I felt a lot calmer about the visit. Everything was clearly explained & reassurance was given throughout.
