Was told accepting new nhs patients and given appointment. To get there and be told it’s up to the dentist on the day if he takes you on refused a sign up as nhs but told I could join at a fee of £75 per 15mins. Terrible.

I’m very sorry to read this review regarding your experience at our practice. We are taking on new NHS patients but have been very overwhelmed with the demand. We are required to see a minimum amount of new patients a week but have in reality seen five times as many due to the demand. As a practice we are trying hard to maintain a service for our current patient base and see new NHS patients too. It is a very challenging situation but we are committed to meeting our responsibilities in a way that enables us to provide an effective and safe service. We have a robust procedure in dealing with patient concerns and welcome feedback so that we are able to address your concerns in a professional and proactive way.
