I mixed my app time up and the dentist was great still seen me by swapping patients appointments giving me time to get to the surgery and also a thank you to the receptionist who phoned to let me know I was actually missing my appointment it all ended well due to great staff.

The dentists are lovely but one member of reception staff can be abrupt and can come across rude. My hygienist appointment has been cancelled three time with no follow up call as promised.

Great service from the Dentist and Dental Nurse. The reception team were friendly but extremely busy and seemed under a lot of pressure. The new private price structure is very expensive and treatment i need, I won't be able to afford

We felt very comfortable, welcoming and treated my children probably by asking them questions and not me. Thorough check,Very happy ! she's a lovely dentist and her assistant was lovely too.

Very friendly, the first dentist I've been able to hear. As a hearing aid wearer that goes a long way. Also very informative on how to care for my nashers. Thanks all.
