Had to wait a while beforehand in the waiting room but the dentist was very attentive and made sure I was okay during my filling. The procedure went well, was painless and was over very quickly.

Efficient, professional, and competent service coupled with easygoing pleasant personalities of both dentist and dental nurse. The reception staff were equally impressive and welcoming.

Excellent communication and thorough, reassuring approach by Dentist and dental nurse. We loved their positive and encouraging attitude. Wonderful professionalism. Nice to see the premises being spruced up as well.

Everyone really helpful new Dentist explained everything and really supportive. Bad experience many moons ago at another practice , but everyone at Blackbrook over the years have been so kind and understanding.

First time seeing this Dentist and it was good and I didn't feel so anxious about it neither. Hope when I have my fillings done, I will be alright because I don't like needles
