Reception was quick and seating area pleasantly quiet. Dentist came down to greet me by name and take me to the surgery. Both dentist and nurse very positive whilst being quiet and professional. Had a filling which went well,

My dentist was very good at explaining everything about what she was doing and why. Very efficient, and her assistant was very well mannered and helpful.

The receptionist was very polite. My dentist was very polite and knowledgeable. He explained why I was having pain on my tooth and gave me antibiotics and he gave me advice. Wonderful visit

The friendly, professional attitude from time of arrival to leaving. Knowledge, helpful staff who take the time to make sure everything is right for you. When you find someone you trust why would you go elsewhere else?

The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The dentists I have always found to be excellent it's just a shame there seems to be such a high turn over of dentists. The gentleman I saw today was very good and very helpful. It's a shame he won't be there on my next visit.

The communication by the staff to the 0atients, the friendliness, the way that another dentist stepped in to care for the patients of his colleague when she was running late due to an emergency

The Dentist and dental nurse are exceptional. Both are kind considerate and made the process easy to follow and as painless as possible literally and figuratively! Definitely the best dentist I have had in all the years I have been a patient here.

I hadn’t seen the lady I saw today before she was not my usual dentist. This lady was amazing she was very thorough and talked in depth about how I clean my wisdom tooth and general dental advice. She took time to go into details and found it to be a very pleasant experience for someone who really is not good at the dentist!
