My check up consisted of a warm and friendly welcome by a dentist new to me, followed by a thorough examination of my teeth and gums, a check that my X-rays were up to date, and a brief but concise discussion of the findings. With no further treatment required I made an appointment for my next check up in 6 months time and left the practice in good spirits.

After a fall down the stairs. I needed emergency dental treatment. I was given an appointment within the hour of phoning. Saw a lovely dentist ( not my usual), who was very compassionate and gentle and did a wonderful job on .

Managed to get an appointment the next day where the person who helped me arrange it was efficient and professional with immediate (likely system triggered) confirmation email and text. Was seen in time, listened to re the problem and was then given appropriate treatment where my comfort was of high concern but expectations set of some discomfort to be expected. Was given good after care advice. All very quick, professional and friendly from walking in to walking out. Sadly though, the painful part was the cost!

The surgeon reviewed my notes and took a fresh x-ray. He then carefully explained my options for treatment and the costs involved. I felt well treated and comfortable.

Well planned course of treatment over 12 months, everything was explained in detail by the dentist and good images shown of the improvements before, during and after the tooth straightening and whitening

Each Dentist, nurse, receptionist I have meet, have been absolutely amazing, I recently had two teeth extracted, and I am a very nervous patient, they were amazing, and the nurse held my hand, amazing.

I had a check-up followed by an hygienist appointment and both were excellent. They were thorough and efficient and gave advice. My only concern is that, although very good, the hygienist appointments are quite expensive so, having booked again for 6 months' time, I might reduce the frequency after that. However, the service can't be faulted, including the receptionists, the correspondence and the friendly caring atmosphere. It's also an attractive place to have a dentist and very convenient for me.
