I received a warm welcome from friendly reception staff on arrival. After a few minutes I saw my dentist bang on time as usual, again I was greeted in a very pleasant manner.

Although not a keen dental visitor!, the filling itself was tolerable. The only thing I would say is that the dental assistant had a habit of spreading my face with water and not offering anything by way of an apology or tissues to dry myself off.

Very helpful answering question about denture repair. Professional filling replacement. Asking all the time if I was ok, especially as no “pain relief” was necessary.

Not kept waiting over the appointment time,receptionists always welcoming.Surgeries always spotless and hygenist always makes sure you are comfortable.Work was done efficiently.Have used this dentists for many years and no complaints.

I had a routine checkup which was very quick and straightforward. The appointment was on time. All the staff are pleasant although I am still a bit nervous which is down to me. The decorating could do with being redone especially the front doors they are quite shabby. The treatment room felt very clean. Not the practices problem but the car parking outside is cashless and I do hope it does not end up app only because I would struggle to be able to sort that. I would like to always be able to pay by card. ?

Great as always; Friendly, helpful staff, seen promptly. A thorough check and a plan made for an extraction that I could have had then and there if I was in pain but since I’m not I was booked in for a fortnight’s time.

Efficient dentist. I have not been able to get time to visit for 4 years and now find that I am in a category with limited access to an appointment. I am a full time carer age 88.

A warm welcome awaited when i arrived at reception, which i believe would help greatly with anyone suffering with nerves. Nice to now be able to fill out your medical info on a tablet instead of paper and pen, " with the added bouns of spell checker". Seen by my dentist on time, all in all a great service.
