   This practice is consistently referred to by the nhs hotline, however they do not accept Nhs Patients and tell Nhs emergency patients that they will not be seen unless they would like to be seen privately; despite it being an Emergency ; when asked if they can refer someone else; the receptionist reply was call around !! Unacceptable
