I have belonged to this practice for at least 15 yrs, never had a problem getting an appointment. Until now. I have been cancelled 3 times between 2023 and 2024, I am not unhappy with the staff I understand that since covid everything has changed, But I can’t help thinking that as an NHS patient over the age of 70!im being bumped , But the good news is I do have an appointment now for July so watch this space , hopefully it will happen, for now it’s only 3 stars from me

We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with wait time for an NHS appointment. Unfortunately, NHS appointments are in extremely high demand at the moment and our dentist’s diaries are fully booked. My front tooth came out i wrong the practice and the date they gave me for an appointment was January 2024, 6 months away I thought that they made a mistake but know that was the right date I think that they are going all private
