My wife and I turned up for a check up - it had been booked for over a year - only to be informed that it had been cancelled, the receptionist told us that they emailed us to inform us about it. When we informed her no such information was sent to us, replied, " Sorry I only work here part time " What a waste of time and travel from Gainsborough. Disgusted.

Have tried to get emergency appointment now for 2 weeks. Phone every day during opening hours to hear practice is now closed. When I do get through have to leave a message, no one ever rings back..no good enough!!

Turned up for my appointment to be told it was cancelled and that a message had been left on my mobile !! Never received a phone call or voicemail but funny enough my husband had a missed call on his phone but no voicemail!! I had half a days holiday for this appointment and was made out to be a liar when all along it was you my dear who can’t do your job properly !!

Absolutely disgusting attitude from receptionist when my daughter tried to book appointment 14/02/23. She should be struck off!!!! Needs to go back to mandatory training on how to speak and deal with customers/patients, or she is going to lose the surgery custom. Management need to get this sorted asap or it will be taken further. Reviews should be looked at and not ignored!!!!

Phoned up to enquire about taking on new patients to only be told mid way through talking that they aren't taking on any new patients and then the rude woman hung up the phone before I could say anything else. Do not use even in an Emergency!!!!

Arrived with my two children for appointments made 6 months ago, to be told they had been 'postponed' and that I had been informed. I certainly had not been informed - if I had, I would not have taken the morning off work and taken both kids out of school, etc. I asked 'potponed until when?' and was told 'well, we don't actually have any appointments, so.....never'. Three days after the appointment, I received an email telling me the appointments 3 days prior (!) had been cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and to call them to reschedule. I cannot rebook my kids' appointments and assume this is the practice's way of taking them off their books.

They cancelled the appointment then asked us to ring back to rearrange. They didnt answer the phone for days. Its almost impossible to speak to them

Arrived for double appointment for my 2 teens to be told the Dentist is leaving early and the appointments are cancelled & that I would have been notified of this fact. I did not receive a call, text or email hence my turning up at the time of the appointment. I have checked again since and I have definitely not received any notification by any method! I too had to leave work early to collect the kids and bring them to their appointment. I now have to the do the same again at the end of March instead of in 6mths time.

Had an appointment booked for over 6 months for the hygienist in April. If February I received an email to say it had been cancelled and to ring to reschedule. What a surprise..they never answered the phone. Tried for 3 days. Eventually went down to the surgery to book. Was met by the most rude receptionist with what are you doing were closed for lunch you don’t have an appointment. Explained had been trying to rebook appointment was told I only work part time. Was given an appointment for September. What a total joke. This is what the nhs has come to. You work pay your taxes to be spoken to like a piece of dirt on the bottom of your shoe. Funny the amount of signs everywhere telling to be respectful of staff and speak in a decent manner. Shame that doesn’t apply to the staff in the way they speak to their patients, but really they don’t give a fig. Things have got to change.

They never descale & polish teeth. For 3 years + I was told the machine was broken, so I paid the full check up amount to just look at my teeth. Last 2 appointments have been cancelled, one was because the dentist had left & they'd forgot to ring everyone, but still emailed a health questionnaire the day before. Other people were arriving & being told the same. Then the next appointment was cancelled. Since then they aren't answering phones.
