Professional dentist and support staff. I’m very nervous but they always manage to calm me and are very kind. Service is exceptional, they are happy to take the time to explain the service and advise about future treatments necessary. My mouth is a mess and slowly but surely they are working with me to effect the necessary repairs. Highly recommended without reservation.

From making appointments either on line or by phone to finishing my treatment I cannot fault this practice. Both the dentist and hygienist immediately put me at ease and explained everything about my treatment. They listened to any concerns I had and acted on them. The reception staff were helpful and efficient.

Having previously lived in the area of the practise, I now travel over an hour for appointments. Why? Because the staff are welcoming and friendly. I am put at ease. The service is professional and whilst in "the" chair, every action is explained clearly with regular breaks when required. Having found a practise where my anxiety of past dental experiences is put at ease - it is certainly worth the journey!

My new dentist understood my anxiety and put me at ease as soon as we met. Checkup was thorough and I certainly feel happier (and calmer) going back next year!

How fortunate we are to have such a wonderful NHS dental practice, right on our doorstep here in Brenchley. The staff are helpful, exceptionally attentive, cheerful and efficient, offering good advice on dental hygiene and care.

I have been going to Brenchley Dental for a few years now. I have always been impressed by how 'human' everyone is - I am treated like a person. Treatments are explained carefully with rationale and costs. I find the prices reasonable and the practice is slow to raise them. The dentists have a range of skills and refer to each other - which always gives me confidence as the safest practitioner is one who knows what they don't know. I have no hesitation in endorsing this practice.

With my previous dentist leaving for pastures new, which was disappointing, I was hoping the new dentist would be equally as good. I was very happy to meet him last week. He was friendly, put me at ease and thorough with his examination. He gave me good advice and encouraged me to think about having my teeth whitened, but he wasn't overly pushy. I was very pleased with my visit and delighted to know that I still have a good dentist that doesn't scare me!

I recently had an issue with an old filling falling out. I called the practice and despite there not being any appointments available they squeezed me in at lunchtime. I was seen by the best dental team there is so knew I was the safest of hands! Thank you Brenchley dental.
