At the time of my check-up in January the dentist identified a number of issues that would need attention. After checking that my broken tooth wasn't painful the dentist arranged for me to return a few weeks later to fill a tooth and replace another with a crown. A professional and friendly service.

I needed a check up at short notice ahead of starting cancer treatment. They couldn’t have been more helpful. They found me an appointment for a check up, filled in the appropriate form and also rescheduled a hygienist appointment to ensure I started from the best possible position.

Really helpful front desk in arranging an emergency appointment. Dentist was running slightly late but I was kept informed of the reason why and when I would go in. Lovely facilities, welcoming dentist and assistant who explained every step of my diagnosis and resolution options. I couldn't recommend Brenchley Dental high enough.

My visit was for the hygienist, very thorough examination of mouth etc explained everything all through the procedure Very friendly. All in all a great practice.

Quick efficient check in, only three minutes to wait to be seen. Very personable dentist and dental nurse who I am sure would make even the most nervous, relaxed. Quick inspection and easy to understand treatment options. Very impressive for such a busy commercial surgery.

I have a very good, kind dentist. However, I have a long, stressful drive to the surgery and, when eight minutes late, I did not appreciate being told by the receptionist, who didn’t even look at me, that she would ‘have to see if he would still see me’. I was upset by this - it’s not the way to greet or treat patients. When I told my dentist he said that of course he would have seen me. An unhappy experience.

I would not go anywhere else for my hygienist treatment. I cannot mention names but this lady’s surname goes with salt! She is such an excellent hygienist, thorough, professional, friendly, knowledgeable - just the best. I always get first class treatment with her.

I am a nervous patient and dread my appointments with the Dentist, but yesterday as usual everybody was welcoming, friendly and kind. I had a checkup and after having an x-ray my dentist reassured me that the tooth that I thought something wasn’t quite right with was not showing an infection. Thankyou so much.

My experience with the hygienist was excellent. She clearly explained the procedure she would do and explained the condition of my teeth and gums. The best hygienist I have had for several years and I will definitely be going back to her.
