Chipped a tooth, very sharp, needed sorting asap. I was fitted in the same day i called to make the appointment. Amazing service considering the countrywide delays in NHS dentistry. Certainly wasn’t my experience. Thankyou Brenchley dental

I was booked in for a procedure which I was very anxious about. I was treated with great care and understanding. The procedure went well and was pain free and I went home greatly relieved. Great service and all with a smile.

The Hygienist did a thorough job with patient care a priority and her assistant had the same commendable attitude. Reception also very helpful and with a smile.

This was an emergency appointment as I am having a problem with a top back tooth, which was very sore and swollen around the gums. I was given advice on how to treat it and I did not need an extraction at this point. The surgery is always clean and bright. The Reception staff courteous and helpful and the dentist was very kind and considerate.

Highly professional, expert, thoughtful and kind. The atmosphere in the surgery was calm clean and reassuring. I was treated with respect and patience. I had temporary mobility problems and these were catered for efficiently.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. I received friendly professional service and reassurance. Follow up offered if I felt it necessary. Date for review set.

An old implant fell out - Seen and replaced within 48 hours - Excellent professional skill - Warm and supportive care Thank-you - I could stop now but reviews have to be longer or won't qualify and this is a genuine review and I am keen to record how things went... Keep up the good work. All explained clearly - No pain with local anaesthetic gently injected - Bite carefully adjusted - all done within twenty minutes without rushing... Calm atmosphere. Above all treated not only well but as an individual human. Enjoyed next meal thoroughly suddenly realising I had forgotten about my mouth as the worry had gone with thanks for all their combined help.

My appointment was for a check up. Unfortunately I last my husband three months ago. I can’t fault the practice. The staff and Dentist , were all very kind, efficient, caring and thorough.

I didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The reception staff were very nice. The dentist was thorough & helped me with my issue & gave further advice on follow ups. He was also a good conversationalist. His assistant was also very good. The practice is very clean. Would highly recommend.
