I have been at this dental practice for several years and the service is excellent, from the receptionists that greet you to the dentist that treat you. I visit the hygienist regularly and her work and advise have saved my gums and teeth. I was referred to a gum specialist and discovered that I have a wisdom tooth that was not easily detectable. The doctor was so professional and the service was very quick. I really cannot perceive how this service can be any better. Simply excellent!

I recently had a hygiene appointment and the service I received was of the highest quality. The hygienist was extremely careful and made sure I came away with a fresh, clean and bright smile!

The Dentist was very reassuring and took his time with my check up. He was knowledgeable about additional specialist services available and was also able to give me an indication of the cost. I was very satisfied with the service.

I visited for an implant consultation. The dentist was very pleasant and professional but his assistant wasn’t - she announced my surname in the waiting area incorrectly as ‘McBridge’. This in itself wasn’t a big issue (I’ve been called worse) but when I politely corrected her, she didn’t respond or acknowledge her mistake nor apologise - rather just ushered me into the consultant room. Not a big thing maybe, but considering the £130 cost of the 30 minute appointment, the very least I would expect would be to get my name right.. :)

I was greeted politely my dentist explained the treatment and ensured I was not in pain. Overall happy with the service provided to me.

I’d a nasty fall and thought I’d broken or damaged some teeth. I rang the practice and was seen that very morning. I’ve a lot of bruising and swelling to my face although thankfully my teeth are intact. To been seen so promptly and given investigations to reassure me that I hadn’t broken any teeth was fantastic. I can’t thank the staff enough.

The dental professionals, nurses, and reception staff were extremely kind, patient, friendly, proficient and efficient, and helpful in explaining the procedures and treatment plans.
