From a friendly receptionist to a really patient and willing dentist, who took their time to explain the options I had should I wish to pursue treatment, I had a welcome experience. The online pre appointment forms were easy to follow and efficient. Thanks!

I joined this dentist following the need for an emergency appointment a few years back and receiving such a great service that I wanted to join permanently. The reception staff are great and the dentists I have seen are brilliant. I am so glad to have found this practice so close to where I live in Thornton Heath and would recommend highly.

Everyone I encountered at this Practice were extremely competent, friendly and understanding. I am usually a nervous patient when it comes to dentistry, but I don't think that I could have been in better hands for my extraction. From the pre-treatment consultations to the surgery, everyone was very kind.

I am so lucky to attend this dental practice. Each of the dentists are lovely and you can be confident that your treatment will be appropriate and well managed. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and the surgery itself is clean and fresh. I have had various work done over the years, including a bridge. I am a nervous patient but my dentist is very understanding and kind. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

I came here for an Emergency Appointment after another NHS out of hours practice could not establish the reason I was experiencing severe toothache. I was met by a lovely receptionist and the Dentist went above and beyond to find out the cause of my discomfort and made the experience as comfortable and as painless as possible. I would definitely recommend the practice and would not hesitate coming back here in the future.

Personal Details form sent 2 days prior to appointment. Warm welcome on arrival. Confirmation of personal details on check-in. Waiting time less than 5mins. Dentist develops rapport and was made comfortable. Understanding, patient, professional, good listening skills and very informative on products.
