I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the NHS 111 Urgent Appointment system and the dental service provided by Brixton Dental Care. I went through an easy process of speaking on the phone to an assessor, a clinician and then a nurse. The nurse gave me the appointment at Brixton, to report in four hours. The receptionist was efficient and my dentist and dental assistant were kind but highly professional. I got full treatment, not just antibiotics. And best of all, it was a success The tooth was saved and the pain is nearly gone.

Waited 30 minutes for my appointment, the receptionist was a bit all over the place didn’t know what to charge me at the end of my consultation the slip I handed over to him clearly had the pricing itemised, I nearly walked away with just paying for the check up fee and not the dental hygiene I had to tell the chap at the reception to charge me for the hygiene. Once the consultation was under the way the dentist did decent job and explained things to me and gave some good suggestions and advice.

On time, helpful and very nice reception staff, clean throughout, dentist explained in detail what was wrong, and what I needed to do, Thankyou, also got an appointment the day I called.

What stood out for me was my dentist that was performing my extraction, every vist she was informative,caring and clear,gentle best experience ever.

I was called to an appointment under false pretences claiming there was an urgent recall. Which they only wanted some personal information and charge me £28 for the visit. I get all my dental work done in st thomases for free so I was very annoyed as the parking outside is £6.50 ph

Nice people, quick service. But i was in the chair being checked for less than 5mins. It seemed more of a check to see if i needed an nhs clean or a more extensive private clean.
