My dentist was very professional, understanding and made it very personable. Her communication was good and I felt at ease during my appointment.

The dentist I visited was very quick. Didn’t show much concern. Stuck something in my tooth and didn’t give any advice and told me to book an appointment with my actual dentist. Poor service

Not very attentive. Staff didn’t seem sure of what they were doing. Chair was dirty, seems as though they don’t clean it between patients

Worst dentist I have ever been too. They all rescheduled appointments even 2 minutes before hand they cancel. Then when you try book it’s always over 4 weeks. They have one dentist who works one day a week? It’s impossible to get a booking and they won’t let me change dentist? shambles of a place.

The dentist is very kind and gentle as I absolutely hate visiting the dentist and having my teeth fiddled with.

Dentist was unprofessional and didn’t check my teeth properly even after taking an X-ray. Which was a problem raised in October so this was second visit for same problem. I left in pain with no prescription, the pain rapidly got worse I had to take time off work and cancel event plans. The following day I had to go to another surgery for emergency (via 111) appointment thankfully the dentist was efficient and found source of problem also prescribed antibiotics to clear inflection. I will request to never see the same dentist again.

I was disappointed. I had a check up in February and was told everything was fine, I paid £25. A few weeks later I noticed what appeared to be a hole in my back left wisdom tooth and this was accompanied by pain there. I was concerned it could be a cavity and was missed and called the dentist surgery. I was booked for a new appointment and was advised I wouldn’t have to pay again as it was so soon after my last appointment and was something that hadn’t been mentioned. However, on the day I had to pay a second time after my appointment. I was advised it was a small cavity and I didn’t need to worry. Wish I had cancelled as the pain had gone away and I only attended because I thought it was better to check it out and I had been advised I wouldn’t be charged again.
