The Owen likes to reply to people on here and back on Google reviews by saying please contact surgery where be happy to get back to you to discuss your concerns but this isn’t impossible, there never manger or owner around to be spoken with your just given a simple email address that I can sure you when you email you get one back saying we do not monitor our emails so therefore there is no one to discuss your problems or concerns and the biggest concern and problem with this dental practice is the coworker on reception , never in my life have I ever been spoken or dealt with so rudely and to even be laughed at down phone is a absolutely disgraceful. No one and I mean no one has the respect to get back to me on how I’ve been treated and I’ve been coming to this practice from when I was little girl I’m now 33 if it wasn’t for her I’d still be coming here I feel sorry or anyone that hasn’t to deal with her behaviour. Everyone is better off choosing a different place to go to for there teeth if you wanna be treated with kindness and respect compassion.

after waiting for over a week for an appointment they booked me with a trainee who cant even help when i asked the receptionist why this had happened they didnt have a respon

I have a phobia of needles so I was referred to Broadwalk for Nitrouus Oxide (gas and air) to help calm me before a filling. The dentist was incredibly kind, calm and they looked after me with great care. The dentist spoke to me throughout the procedure, reassuring me and explaining exactly what was happening. I would not hesitate to come back again should I require any further invasive work. I felt a great deal of trust towards the dentist and I am so relieved that the experience was a positive one. Thank you Broadwalk!
