I’ve booked an emergency appointment as my filling had come out. From the receptionist to booked me the appointment to the actual dentist who saw me for the first time, very helpful friendly and extremely professional. I initially only had a small appointment for a temporary fill-in, but because of a cancellation I was able to See a dentist longer. This was extremely helpful and enabled me to have all my treatment done in one time. They didn’t need to do this but they did as they are very helpful.

I came for a check up but wanted to ask about Invisalign. Satin explained what I would need and then a nurse showed me the product and answered more questions.

Went for a check up to ensure that teeth strong enough for me to undertake a hospital procedure. I would like to thank the dentist for her thoroughness. She knew about the procedure I was to undertake in hospital and the side effects.

Appointment was organised at very short notice due to extreme pain experienced. All dealt with most professionally and efficiently. X-Ray and examination evidenced root canal infection. Antibiotics prescribed and follow up Appointment planned.

Well my dentist has left the pratice , my replacement was not sure of what the last dentist had done , so as a result i have to start again from the beginning , not very happy to be honest

When I entered the treatment room, It was very comforting to see the tray where the dentist puts his equipments wiped and the new clean equipments organised on the tray. Satin's assistant is smiley, very polite and calm. Receptionists were very good and welcoming, facilitated my next appointment and advised me about other options just in case I want to rearrange my appointment. Overall, very satisfied as usual.
