I have been a patient at this practice for some 12 - 15 years. Every dentist and hygienist that I've had in that time has been professional and attentive. I've found them helpful and reassuring, always taking the trouble to explain what treatment I needed and offer the pros and cons. However, in the past 12 months, I've turned up twice to find that an appointment that I thought I had had been cancelled without me being informed. On both occasions, I was told that the reception team had tried to contact me but there was no evidence that this was the case: no voicemails were left, no texts sent and no emails sent. This is aggravating in the extreme, especially when I've been anxious about the appointment that I thought I was having.
