   was sent 2 emails to book a appointment for my 7 year old son for his annual check up, I have been trying to book for a week and it is impossible to get through!!, however today was another level, rang the number 0115929 2264 at 3:08pm and was number 2 in the queue after being on hold for 28 mins I went from being number 2 in the queue to number 1 in the queue. After 33 mins I was then number 2 again!! as I sit here writing this after 51.33 seconds I'm still number 2 and no one has picked up the phone!! at this point again I have given up and will be looking for a new dentist. very disappointing.
