Been with them for over a decade and when I called to book emergency treatment due to crown breaking I was told I am no longer registered with them as they have booted me off the books. I asked the reason and no real logical response given. They refused to let me re-register saying they had no space. Absolutely terrible practice

The practice transferred ownership earlier this year. Since July they are essentially uncontactable. Spent 20 minutes on hold today twice before being cut off and no answer to their phone number.
