Had an appointment, advised I needed a follow up appointment a couple of days later that I booked and paid for only to be told that my appointment was being cancelled and moved 2 weeks back to make way for a private patient. Not the first time this has happened. Disgusting that NHS patients are treated so poorly.

I am sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the service provided to you by our practice. Please accept my apologies that your appointment was cancelled at late notice and for the inconvenience caused. Although we work hard to honour our appointments, there may be occasions where, due to circumstances often outside of our control, we may regrettably have to cancel some appointments We understand that this will be frustrating. Private appointments are offered outside of our NHS contract and therefore would not impact on our NHS appointments, if you would like to discuss this further please contact the practice manager who will be happy to explain the current situation. Visited this practice today with my Granddaughter. Very professional Staff who were Kind, caring, considerate, reassuring and very welcoming. Everything was explained in detail and nothing was too much trouble. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Staff very polite and helpful, appointments easy to get wether they be routine or emergency. My actual dentist is very informative and understanding. All in all a great dentist to be registered with

I am never nervous about visiting the dentist as the whole experience is always friendly and professional. All the staff are welcoming and the dentist is warm and friendly while putting you at ease.

The dentist and dental nurse were both welcoming and friendly. They were efficient and reassuring and very thorough. I don’t usually like going to the dentist but I came out of my appointment feeling like I had had a very positive experience and I am looking forward to my next check up in 6 months. That has never happened before.

Really friendly staff there,Non painful treatment,No problem returning every year for check ups or treatment, miles too many daily reminder text messages though.Bombarded for a week.
