I had been an NHS patient at this practice for many years. After my last checkup, I went to book my next appointment and was told that I was no longer able to get NHS care. There were no apologies or alternatives offered. I felt this was very poor customer service and that greed for more income was the cause for my abandonment. They then had the cheek to send me a letter telling me I required a check up - no doubt at private treatment prices.

I would like to apologise for any lack of customer service, I would be happy to receive any feedback directly to myself so improvement measure can be put in place. We do not have a NHS dentist and have been trying to recruit for some time. Due to no nhs dentist I have been removed as a nhs patient. Never missed a appointment or have bad teeth just removed as no staff to undertake NHS work.

I have been a NHS patient at this practice since 2012. I just got a text message saying my appointment was cancelled and to ring the Surgery. I was told they were only treating children and vulnerable people and I would have to go private.I had to retire for ill health reasons and don't get my state pension till I am 66. I don't get any benefits and have to rely on my small works pension. This practice has been going down hill since BUPA took over and it is obvious they want to get rid of NHS patients, They didn't even have the courtesy to write to the patients and explain the circumstances of offer details of private care schemes. This is extremely poor customer service.
