Had an awful experience with rude staff, including the practice manager and receptionist. Service felt money-driven, not patient-focused. Extremely disappointing!" I recently had one of the worst customer service experiences at this BUPA practice, primarily due to the behaviour of the practice manager. Their attitude was shockingly unprofessional, dismissive, and outright rude—completely unacceptable for a healthcare provider that prides itself on quality care. To make matters worse, the front desk staff displayed the same lack of professionalism. Rather than being welcoming and helpful, the receptionist was abrupt and dismissive, making me feel more like an inconvenience than a valued patient. Beyond the poor service, it became evident that their primary focus is financial gain rather than patient care. The overall experience left me feeling that profit is prioritized over professionalism and compassion. I am not alone in this experience—many other customers have shared similar complaints, which speaks volumes about the ongoing issues at this practice. Frankly, this is not the standard I expected from a company like BUPA, and I strongly urge management to address these concerns. I sincerely hope they take the necessary steps to improve their customer service and uphold the high standards that BUPA is known for.

Thank you Bupa Dental Care Coventry.The best dental practice I ever had, again they save me where no where else emergency dentist wasn’t available .outstanding dental practice and staff .Thank you for everything you do treat people with respect and help! Pain is the worst what any person can experience so thank you for relief!
