I arrived for my appointment and was asked to complete a form to say I am exempt from NHS charges. The receptionist was very friendly and chatty. I saw the hygiene therapist for my examination, she was very friendly and thorough, I am a very nervous patient and she was fantastic. She was very calm and explained everything in great detail. Whilst having my clean she kept stopping to make sure I was OK and was very reassuring. The dental nurse was very friendly and chatty. She was extremely thorough and helped me feel at ease. Overall great practice and excellent patient experience. Thank you very much.
