2nd appointment cancelled at 16.47 the day before, after original appointment had been cancelled for this one! Surgery closes at 17.00! NHS patients obviously not a priority in a BUPA practice!

I had to have a tooth removed. The dentist generated great faith and trust in her by telling me exactly what the plan was and what was happening as we went along. Great result! Fairly painless. The tooth came out intact and with no damage around it. Would recommend to anyone David
