I was very nervous about having some treatment but my dentist was so reassuring & put my mind at ease. I know I want be as worried if I need treatment in the future which is a huge positive for me.

Attentive receptionist, dentist and her assistant as professional as always. Only marked down because kept waiting past appointment time.

It was my daughters first time at the dentist and they were so lovely and reassuring. She loved going and even asked if she could go back tomorrow!!

Only went for a check up. Seen on time. Warm friendly reception. Took ten minutes from arrival to departing. Fortunately a painless experience.

I’m disappointed that we can’t be seen by our original dentist that we’ve been going to for years and who knows us all, but last year we were moved to another dentist

I've had impressions done for an implant, Sundeep and her assistant were both have a lot of patience and caring. I felt safe and secure being with them both. Everyone at the surgery are welcoming and friendly.

The dentist I saw was both totally professional but also friendly and considerate and it was a very efficient process. The reception staff were very pleasant too.

Late being called in for my appointment -as usual. I received a call about 45 mins before my 9.15 appt asking if I could attend earlier, which I agreed to. I ended up being called 15 mins after my original appt time. The lady after me got the same call. I can’t remember ever being called at my appointed time, even when I request the first one of the morning. A little less chatter between the staff my be a start. I work in a hospital and delays sometime are avoidable, but every time? And first appointment of the day? It really does need to be addressed please.

My dentist is a very nice lady… and is sympathetic to me … I wouldn’t go anywhere else… This is a very good practice and would recommend to anyone.
