I was able to get an emergency appointment on the same day. The issue was assessed and I was able to get a schedule of appointments booked for treatment to be done.

Despite having an appointment at 11:20 I was not seen until 12 and was only aware the dentist was running behind from overhearing a conversation with another patient : when you are arranging appointments around work this isn’t good. This has happened the last two times I attended leading to me having to actually leave before being seen .

Excellent, lovely kind, caring people, from receptionist to dental nurse and dentist, giving good advice and excellent care of teeth.

Very caring and understanding as i have never liked going to the dentist. Talked me through the process and what options were availble to me. I would highly recommend you to friends and family.

The hygienist I saw did an excellent job at removing stains on some of my teeth that id had for some time and other hygienists had not managed to remove them I was very impressed with him.

Really lovely staff, engage beautifully and naturally with the kids (6&3) and all show great kindness. My kids LOVE going to the dentist so hopefully can keep it that way!

Was a pleasant visit, no pain and not too stressful, I had been dreading the appointment as so not like having any treatment, do not like the noise of the dentistry tools and the possibility of pain but it all went very well.
