Visited for an appointment in 2020 before covid limitations. Went back for an issue in 2021 and was told they are not taking appointments due to covid and they will be intouch and not to contact them. Believing they were busy I didn't not contact and was hoping to hear from them as they had always done postal reminders. Contacted the beginning of 2024 and have been informed I've been kicked out as I've not been in 2 years. I was not told this would be the case and got no warning of it. I am now left after over 30 years of regular service and never failing to make an appointment that I have not dentist and nothing can be done even though my whole family are registered with this practice. It's beyond a joke that no information or warning was given especially after something like covid happening.

Over the last 40 years a routine checkup has been followed by a scale and polish. No explanation given to ‘why’ this is no longer done beyond “Ooh we don’t do that any more”. The high turnover of staff of late is also not a good sign.

I’m not a huge dentist fan having had lots of issues with my teeth. My family and I have been with this practice for over thirty years. We have always had positive experiences with the dentists we have seen . The receptionists are friendly, welcoming and helpful. There is very little waiting time before an appointment which I appreciate. My dentist is totally professional , will explain what he’s doing and understands my anxiety. He’s always thorough and reassuring and happy! Thank you!

Had an appointment for my 95 year old father and they kept him waiting nearly an hour. I asked twice for an update and the staff got angry I was asking for an update. I was even called 'rude' for asking why we weren't being updated as to the delay. I find it totally unacceptable to keep a 95 year old waiting with no proactive explanation as to why or when he was likely to be seen. We wi be finding a new dentist. My father has gone to this practice for over 50 years but his usual dentist retired recently. I am certain they wouldn't want their elderly family treated as my father was today.

Very friendly and Professional reception staff, Dentist is also very Professional, rang about a loose crown and we fitted in the next day, very happy with the surgery.

We have been visiting this practice for years and have found them personable, friendly and efficient on every single visit - nothing ever seems too much trouble, their manner is excellent and always prompt and know schedule. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

From the minute I asked for an emergency appointment, for two broken front teeth to walking out 3 hours later with both teeth looking as good as new! Everyone cheerful and kind. A brilliant dentist.
