   I was on their NHS register for many years, and their service was great. Recently tried to book an appointment due it toothache and was told I was no longer on their register. Disappointingly they removed me from their register with no notice whatsoever. Apparently they don't have enough capacity to warn people they're being deregistered, however their staffing issues shouldn't be impacting patient care. Now there is a waiting list of 300 others, which clearly shows they're not prioritising public health care and focusing on private profit. I wish them the best in this endeavour but will unlikely return myself due to these issues.
