I recently attended the Sheerness practice After loosing a filling. I was made to feel welcome. I was seen promptly. The dentist and his nurse made me feel at ease and were very professional. I am very impressed with this practice.

Attended for 6 month check up had to wait 10 minutes after appointment time. Informed that I had lost a filling, so it was replaced straight away.

I'm very nervous of dentists but the receptionists, nurses and dentist all made me feel less nervous. Would recommend this practice

not happy my filling keep coming off i was told no guarantee for filling if i go for alternative treatment, I will have to pay again which I’m not happy.

Dentist is very good,takes great care of your teeth and is a very good practice. He listens to what you say,and he gives a first class service.

Staff were kind friendly and made me feel at ease . Explained everything to me clearly and booking follow up appointment was easy. This was an emergency appointment that was able to get quickly

As a new patient I was pleased to get an initial appointment extremely quickly. The staff were very friendly and efficient and dealt with queries effectively. The dentist that treated me was really good, he informed me what he was going at each stage and was very pleasant and totally put me at ease. Although the actual premises are quite small, and at one point it was crowded, the reception area is nice and clean and well thought out. I’m very happy with my overall experience at the practice.

I had a check up immediately followed by a hygienist appointment. Both the dentist and the hygienist and their assistants were friendly and did their jobs with no fuss. The receptionist was also helpful and all was done by 1000. Thanks very much. I will recommend.

Always courteous and very helpful,they look after you and deal with checkups and advising you what needs doing. Cannot praise this dentist enough really so friendly all staff will help and give you advice.
