My dentist was very professional and explained everything well. Disappointed to hear a receptionist on the phone asking if persons title was Mrs or Miss , no mention of Ms, in this age & for quite a while there are three choices .

This practise has given myself and my family outstanding care over the years, myself having suffered from crippling Dentist fear for many years, they are friendly, reliable and consistent

From past experience I realised I had an infection at the root of a tooth. I visited the dental surgery hoping not to have to beg for an emergency appointment, in order to get some antibiotics. The receptionist was pleasant and helpful, and asked me to return later in the day when I would be seen. I saw the head of the practice who was caring, informative and very helpful, issuing a prescription for the antibiotics that were vital to fight the infection. I feel there is nothing worse than tooth pain, and to have it dealt with so briskly and efficiently was a great comfort. Top marks to all.

I went as an emergency with a snapped crown on a Friday afternoon. Although all 3 dentists were fully booked one did see me. I explained to receptionist I had a special occasion on Sat. They went out of their way to help. As I have a plate they were able to add a tooth to it. Contacted the people that do it who said they could do it that afternoon. Dentist did impression. I went armed with my plate and impression to them. Within 4 hours of breaking my tooth I had a new plate and was able to celebrate without the embarrassment of a gap . I am so thankful to all concerned.

Always received good service. Staff members are polite and helpful and the treatment I've received from the dentist and hygienist is first class.

Always get good service every time we visit. Good personal attention with clear guidance when required. Very good systems to remind you of appointments every time. Local to us which is very convenient. As an nhs patient, still get the same service as if we were private customers. Always friendly service

I had an appointment with the Hygienist who was very professional, I would highly recommend her ,this practice is always friendly and helpful

I broken half of my tooth,which had a heavy filling and was offered a appointment 2 days later .I had it extracted.very efficiently. I had no waiting time.
